The job interview: potentially one of the most dreaded – but necessary – events of our adult lives. But beyond an hour in “the hot seat,” interviews can – and should – be an interactive process. You are getting to know the company as much as they are getting to know you. The reality is that an interview is a chance to get in the door. Obviously, the employer saw something in your resume and cover letter that made them want to get to know you more. Now is your chance to get to know them too.
