Sherrin Vail has been promoted to Director of Property Management of Avesta Housing.
Sherrin Vail has fifteen years of experience in the multifamily housing industry. She previously worked at Avesta Housing as a Regional Property Manager. Ms. Vail is a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM), National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP), Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Compliance Specialist (TaCCs).
Ms. Vail serves on the Board of Directors for the Maine Apartment Association (MAA) and the Maine Real Estate Managers Association (MREMA). She is the 2010 recipient of the McCadden Lyceum Leadership Scholarship by the National Apartment Association. Vail received her Bachelor of Science in Buisness Administration from Merrimack College in 1990 and currently resides in Portland.
