Resident Satisfaction Survey Coordinator
We are currently seeking a full-time, temporary Resident Satisfaction Survey Coordinator for summer 2017 to help with projects relating to our residents and properties, collaborating with our property management staff to ensure best results.
Our mission is to build and strengthen communities by providing safe, quality affordable housing for people in need. To determine how successful we are with ensuring that our residents are provided with the best quality housing possible, we survey them on an annual basis. This approximately twelve-week position entails distributing a survey to all Avesta Housing residents in order to determine their satisfaction with their housing, following up to ensure we receive a maximum number of responses, and then compiling and presenting the results. Experience with a variety of demographics is a plus, as our residents vary in terms of age, nationality, ability to speak English, and abilities. Ideal applicants will be organized, outgoing, and have great customer service and Microsoft Excel skills.
The results from this survey are used to ensure that our residents have the best possible experience when living in Avesta housing; we are committed to our mission of improving lives and strengthening communities. The annual resident satisfaction survey is a key metric used to measure our success in achieving this goal.
This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to gain valuable experience in the workforce. While the Resident Satisfaction Survey Coordinator does collaborate with property management staff, the position has a large degree of autonomy and the ability to drive the success of this important project, thereby helping to shape the lives of people in need.
This assignment is anticipated to last approximately 12 weeks, but we are flexible with hours throughout the summer. There is also the potential to extend the assignment beyond twelve weeks for the right candidate, as we do have future opportunities for grads with similar skill sets.
