About the Project
This fourth phase of developments in Exeter brings 43 new apartments to the campus, addressing a critical shortage of affordable family apartments in the area. These apartments will also benefit from close integration with the community’s social service network that help residents improve quality of life and develop skills to maintain self-sufficiency.
The Meeting Place community fills a significant need for affordable housing in Exeter. A 2008 market study commissioned for The Meeting Place development noted that the area has limited available rental housing, particularly in the area of family-assisted units. In addition, Three Meeting Place will provide residents with Avesta’s service-enriched housing through the assignment of a Resident Service Coordinator.
