Some might gauge our success by the number of units created each year. At Avesta, we prefer to point to the quality management of our 1200-plus existing units. It takes careful, insightful management practices to maintain the high standards we set for ourselves, our property owners and financial investors, but it's an investment that pays long-term dividends of community confidence and goodwill.
The Avesta Housing portfolio includes a variety of conventional as well as State and Federally assisted family and elderly housing. Our range of management and resident services includes applicant screening, marketing and rent-up, payment collection, financial and resident record keeping, budget preparation and analysis, 24-hour emergency maintenance and repair, response to resident requests, lease compliance and financial and credit counseling for residents. Our full staff of Service Coordinators also helps residents access the community and government services necessary for them to continue living independently and sustaining a decent quality of life.
