NOTE: If you are not registered on the resident portal, you will need to do so before you can submit a work order. Select “Click here to register” on the portal and follow the prompts. If you require assistance with registering, please contact your property manager.
To call in a routine or emergency work order at any time, please call 207-553-7777, Option 1 or call 1-800-339-6516 (TTY/VOICE).
Please note the resident portal should not be used for emergency work orders.
