“Housing, network communications, and great food are all vital ingredients for a healthy and growing economy. It’s a pleasure to recognize these entities for their contributions to our great city,” said Mayor Ethan Strimling. “The award recipients are credited with having significant impacts on the vitality of Portland’s economy through affordable housing, expanded communications technology,  sustainable seafood and, of course, delicious gelato which makes everyone happy.”

Members of the PDC Board, Mayor Ethan Strimling, Portland City Council members, City Manager Jon Jennings, City Economic Development Staff, and company awardees will be joined by representatives from the city’s housing and business communities in honoring these award recipients on December 6 from 4:30 PM – 6:00 PM at Ocean Gateway, One Commercial Street on the waterfront.
