LEWISTON — Local, state and federal leaders are celebrating the groundbreaking of a new affordable housing development in Lewiston.

“Wedgewood” is the first development to be built in Lewiston using funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Choice Neighborhoods grant program.
