Avesta Housing has added 26 new units of affordable housing in Gray, with a development called Meadowview II.

“Gray residents are really in dire need of more affordable homes,” Jennifer Hawkins, President & CEO of Avesta Housing, said. “We were able to get the funding necessary to add 26 new apartments for older adults.”\

Meadowview II is specifically for adults ages 55 and older, and the income for residents is restricted to below $55,850 for a one-person household and $63,000 for a two-person household.
