A new housing development is coming to Westbrook.

Governor Janet Mills joined local leaders and community development partners on Wednesday to break ground on Clover Terraces, a new 45-home condominium project. Clover Terraces is the first development of Domus, a collaboration between Avesta Housing, developer Jack Soley, and Hebert Construction.

The project is part of a new residential housing campus in Westbrook that will include 65 apartments for local graduate students and 61 affordable rental homes for people 55 and older, in addition to the 45 condominiums at Clover Terraces.
