When all phases of River Turn are completed, they will provide 156 new homes to the Conway area. This much-needed affordable housing will support local workforce and community needs. The first phase, consisting of 40 new homes, broke ground in 2022 and was completed in fall 2023. The development is located near the Technology Village Business Resource Center.
