PROVIDING SAFE, AFFORDABLE HOMES TO 4,000+ PEOPLE — EVERY DAY

Avesta Housing operates more than 3,000 affordable homes at 100 properties, and we add more every year. We build resident-focused affordable homes with amenities and provide support services to create stability, opportunity, and healthy living.

Our work begins long before the first shovel of dirt is moved and continues long after residents move into their new homes. Learn more about the work we do below.

A Path Forward

If you are seeking to buy a home and are priced out of the current market, A Path Forward might be for you.

This program acquires and restores existing homes, making them available for low- to moderate-income households.

Because many affordable homes on the market today need extensive repairs, it can be difficult to qualify for traditional financing. And even with financing, you may not have the funds to make the necessary repairs. To solve this issue, A Path Forward buys and rehabs existing homes and sells them to qualified buyers at below-market prices. New homeowners get an affordable home without the burden of costly repairs.

Available homes coming in summer 2025.
